    House Rules

    Rules

    1. Strictly no smoking within the property. ₱500 charge will be implied.
    2. All pets are prohibited, a fee of ₱5000 will be charged.
    3. Any illegal activities, excessive noise, or disturbances to neighbors will not be tolerated and be subjected to eviction with no refund.
    4. Please try to keep the property clean, a clean space is a clean mind.
    5. Any missing or damaged items / furniture / to the property will be charged to the tenant under inspection.

    To book our rooms we accept the following:

    • G-Cash
    • Maya
    • Bank Transfer 
    • Cash Payment

         Please do contact us on what your preferred payment method is and our details 

    To book our rooms we would require the following:

    • A minimum deposit of 20% for the booking fee to make your booking. (booking fees are non-refundable)
    • The balance shall be paid on check-in through preferred payment method.
    • We require a non-expired valid ID.
    • Bookings should be 5 days in advance of the booking date.
    • Cancellations should be 3 days in advance of the booking date.
    • We will require a security deposit upon check-in

        Currently we have three rooms available for booking, contact us to see if the date you intend to book is available.

        If you intend to book more than 2 people we incur an additional fee per head.


    Max capacity is 7 people per room, contact us to see what we can offer.

        For a longer term stay we advise you to contact us to inform about your booking, we are willing to negotiate.
